Restorative Justice/Mennonite Central Committee Ontario

Restorative Justice is a way of addressing crime and brokenness within our communities that goes beyond our present criminal justice system. In addition to asking what crime has been committed, who is guilty and what is the punishment, restorative justice focuses on what relationships have been broken, who has been hurt and who is responsible to make things as right as possible. Restorative justice responds to the needs of "victims", communities and "offenders".
