Dr. Aileen Van Ginkel

Dr. Aileen Van Ginkel is Vice-President, Ministry Services at The Evangelical Fellowship of Canada, and has recently taken up a position as Co-chair with the Canadian Interfaith Conversation. Aileen is also a Principal with The FIELD Collaborative, a consulting company that seeks to meet leadership and organizational development needs. She has training and wide experience in facilitating group dialogue and partnership development. She completed her Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) degree in 2012 at Tyndale Seminary, where she focused her research on practices of communal discernment. Aileen and her husband, Edward, are parents to three children, and live in King City, Ontario.
